about the surgery well i couldnt sleep all night even after taking a unisom so i tossed and turned and got soo dang hungry and thirsty but then at 5 am i got up did myhair and make up just to keep me busy......i arrived at the hosp checked into pre op unit there i got gowned up they got my iv line started we waited about an hour or soo then an ob nurse came in to check the babys heartrate which was 150-160's she sat and chatted with me calmed me down made me laugh then she said its time to go so hubby gave me a kiss ad went up to the room i was goign to be in after i get out of recovery ......... so they take me up to recovery got me hocked up to all the monitors they put an O2 mask onme the nurse said i wasnt gettign enough air through they had it set up that i woudl get an epidural but the anisteshiologist (spelling) came in and said no he wants to do a spinal... so after waiting for the dr to arrive about 8:45 am they rolled me into the OR i got onto the table the dr came in to check the babys heartrate was 156BPM....then they got ready to do my spinal for there the anisteshiologist demanded that they sadaite me first so they did and he did his spinal then they rolled me from my side onto my back anf right aways i coudlnt breath my chest felt soo heavy i told themthat they said it was normal reaction from the drugs .......... well i started goign in and out of it here from a glance i saw that the nurse at my head was giving me meds in my iv line and omg it hurt i asked her what was it she said she had to give me omg here im gonan mess this spellign up she said she had to give me ebrenepheron due to my heartrate and blood pressure dropped and they had to get them back up .... i felt the dr pushing on me down there by 9:30 i was done they took me back to recovery and there the dr tryed to find the babys heartbeat byt he coudlnt detect it so he ordered an u/s but then was called into another surgery so after i got my legs back they took me to my room where art was waitign for me .... by then i got a really bad head ache and horrible cramps and the bleeding started i was soo terrified and upset ...... it was several hours before the dr was out of surgery and came down to do the u/s but then he found a heartrate but he couldnt measure it..... but the baby was movig and wiggling all over the place ....... he ordered tylenol with codine for the pain which i had a few rounds of and it never did anything for the pain ...the dr said i had the crampign due to he had to stitch into my uterus and had to use more the 1 cerclage so since the uterus is a muscule thats what is causign the cramping ...... but all is well with the baby thats all that matters to me i felt liek i was dieing i cryed soo much i still cant walk right um hutched over in pain but its worth it for the baby to stay safe and sound inside my dr also told me i was already 3cm dialted so thats why they had to use so many stitches (8 to be exact)
when i got home and started to throw up immediatly....maybe from all the meds i dunno but im home and all is ok so far .... also during the u/s my dr stated but not set in stone but he says the baby looks to be a baby fingers crossed
